EMEA supports only solid and quality events, the basic principles are those of passion and sense of community. The admission application is examined by the board members, the judgment is unquestionable and objective, based on adherence to the rules and principles required.

Each event is independent and will be organized according to the rules of its country.

• Have a recognized event with at least 3 past editions
  
  
• Have an international character
  (to be international, it must have foreign exhibitors, international media partners).
  
  
• Have a cultural character
  (to be cultural must have talks / training / workshop / demo / concerts).

• Connections with the academic world (Universities, Schools, Institutes)
  
  
• Connection with government bodies (Ministry of Culture, Economy)

• Each member will have to host a space dedicated to EMEA for free that will serve to promote the association and other partner events.
  
  
• Provide free access to the event for the members of EMEA
  (with a maximum of two people per associated event)
  
  
• Print the promotional material to be exhibited at his event
  (roll-up, flyer... design provided by EMEA)

• Provide informations to visitors and exhibitors about EMEA and his activities.
